All-on-X Dental Implants

A full set of teeth — secured by implants — that lets you eat, smile, and live without compromise. The "X" is the number that’s right for you.

• Full-arch replacement with just 4–6 implants

• Fixed teeth that look and function like natural ones

• Entire process handled under one roof by Dr. Dafo

• Financing available through CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed

All-on-X is the umbrella term for full-arch implant solutions — replacing an entire row of teeth using a small number of strategically placed implants. The "X" refers to the number of implants used: four (All-on-4) or six (All-on-6), depending on your bone density, bite demands, and treatment goals.

Instead of individual implants for every missing tooth, four to six posts support a complete, fixed set of teeth that look natural, function like real teeth, and don’t come out at night.

All-on-4 vs. All-on-6: Which One Is Right for You?

All-on-4 uses four implants per arch, with the back two angled to maximize contact with available bone. It’s often ideal for patients with some bone loss who want to avoid grafting. All-on-6 adds two additional implants for extra stability — beneficial for the upper arch where bone density can be lower, or for patients with stronger bite demands.

Dr. Daniel Dafo doesn’t default to one approach. He evaluates your bone quality, bite force, and goals during your consultation and recommends the option that gives you the best long-term outcome.

Everything Under One Roof

At Namu Dental Care, Dr. Dafo handles the planning, the implant placement, and the restoration — all in the same office in Stafford. No referrals. No starting over with a stranger. Fewer appointments, consistent communication, and one doctor who knows your case from beginning to end.

In many cases, a temporary set of teeth can be placed the same day as the implants. The permanent restoration follows after three to six months of healing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What’s the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?

Both replace a full arch. All-on-4 uses four implants; All-on-6 uses six for added support. The right choice depends on your bone density, bite force, and where in your mouth the implants are going. Dr. Dafo will recommend the option that fits your situation.
  • Am I a candidate for All-on-X?

If you’re missing most or all teeth on an arch, or your remaining teeth are failing, you may be a candidate. The technique is designed to work even with some bone loss. Dr. Dafo evaluates your case with imaging and a thorough exam.
  • How much do All-on-X implants cost?

Full-arch implant treatment is an investment. Dr. Dafo provides a clear cost breakdown during your consultation. CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed financing are available to make it manageable.
